By John Miller

Human beings as they who are drowned in the ocean of emotional affairs often complicate matters and these are attributed to individual psychological make up and mental set up. There can be no emotional affairs if the heart is not designed to feel. Human emotions are by-products of feelings which can also be dictated by the mind. Emotional activities often come in very complex nature. These can surge into a state of elation or doze off into a pool misery.

A thick cloud of complexities envelops emotional affairs and handling matters like these can be very difficult. The opposing forces bombarded by the mind and the waning heart are compelling reasons that often make and unmake ones being. Most often the heart emerges as the dominant force over the sanity of even the most intelligent being on this Universe! Emotional downfall can dictate a sober mind and it is up to the person to choose which he thinks is to the best of his interest.

Love flies out of the window when personal contradictions emerge! More often parties suffer in silence especially the woman because of the double standard imposed by society as far as morality is concerned. The existence of emotional affairs can be a state of confusion especially if one of the parties has a pre-existing commitment due to a legal impediment by virtue of a sacred union called marriage. Separations and divorce often result due to several personal differences and incompatibilities that occur only after the legal union.

Two strangers from two different worlds may meet by random and come to realize that they have been the better if not the best pair. Love often comes in strange places that even intellectuals may involve and emotional affairs ensue at a certain degree that can develop into a much serious love affair. Most often, either the male or female gets involved in forbidden emotional affairs through a discreet relationship which usually takes place in one of the most unexpected places in space called the web. The vastness of the web space has brought an unexplainable relief to one caught in the emotional trap of a sour marriage.

It can be a panacea! It can also be a living hell. In either case may it always be borne in mind that the possibility of romantic failure is imminent and may reason always prevail to lessen the devastating aftermath of such relationship. In a peculiar romantic affair the involved parties can be both serious or simply passing the time to ease some pains thus the reason for having virtual emotional affairs. - 30309
